Return – Refund Policy

RETURN

You have FOUR (4) days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return at Self Awakening Mission, the product must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

REFUND

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank/card issuer’s policies, the refund may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

⚠️ Please note: Refunds are not applicable on workshops, sessions, or services that have already been availed. However, rescheduling is possible by contacting us through the Contact Us page.
We ensure that rescheduled sessions/workshops will be confirmed within 48 hours via call or email.

SHIPPING

• You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (approx. INR 100/- or as per delivery charges across Indian states) will be deducted.

• Delivery timeline: 8–20 days depending on your location.

• Additional charges may apply based on the weight (KGs) of the product.

• International clients are not eligible for returns or refunds.
